So i took notice that you guys didn’t have too many tutorials or patterns for TZ’s dragon cloak so I figured i’d offer mine since it gives you an idea of how to cut out the fabric pieces!!
It also goes about showing how to make the hood look like an actual dragon head instead of just a hood with a cube sewn on for the nose!!

Just a quick post to just tell you about a wig I just got. [This is copies from my blog]
Now, I’m not like, super experienced with wigs and the like [Heck, I’m struggling to put mine on still. All the tutorials make it look super easy but I swear my head is big compared to these other people and the wig..] Anyway.
I ordered this wig:

As you can see, its a very pritty wig, and pritty fitting for Terezi.
Now, Firstly: It turned up like, a week after I ordered. [It was quoted to be at least a month+ but came in a week.]
Secondly, Its really really nice quality. Like, It actually feels and looks like freshly washed hair, to the point mum asked if it was real hair, and I had 4 people thing I’d cut my hair short.

The wig fits pritty nicely, I’ve got rather long hair, and I’m lacking in bobby pins, so I’ve not mastered getting my hair up. But this is what it looks like with the wig on.
Then, after that photo, I went outside and into 10-20MPH winds, and it started raining. Amazingly, the wig held its style. Like, After a bit of flicking out with my fingers, it returned to its shape.
So yes, if you need a nice Terezi wig, this is a pritty damn good one if I may say so.

I found some pretty spot on Terezi shoes at Target for $14.99. Most of the stores in my area are sold out but they still appear to sell them online. I noticed that a lot of other suggested shoes were either sold out or more expensive so I figured this might be a nice alternative for those living in the States.

This would, in my opinion, make a really nice Terezi wig. It isn’t all that expensive. Shipping to the US, Australia, and some parts of Asia is free, and the seller seems to have pretty good feedback. I’ll be buying this wig somewhere in the near future, so you can probably expect a review or something at some point.
As someone who has really bad teeth due to genetics, I can’t just pop on some Scarecrow fangs. Instead, I’m going to use Dental Distortion’s veneers. For those, you’ve got two options.
One, which are the Gremlin style teeth; and two, the Grell ones. The Grells are more expensive, but could also be used for cosplaying other trolls (I think they’d be great for a Karkat cosplayer who’s willing to fork out that amount of cash).
If you’re on a tighter budget you can always go and make those teeth out of fake nails or whatever, but these are a nice option anyway.
Also, if you’re a stickler for detail, you can check out colors of Aquacolor they have to use as a sort of blush - apply it to the cheeks and so forth to look more realistic. TK2 would probably be good for Terezi; 510 or 091 for Serkets; ect.
Also, I tried mixing black food coloring with a bit of water and swishing it around in my mouth to achieve a grey tongue, and it worked!
The taste is a bit icky, it might stain your teeth and it probably won’t last too long, but if you’re doing a photoshoot and wearing veneers/fake nail teeth over it then I’m sure it’ll be fine if you put them on after.
(You can play around with other colors if you feel the need, but the method DOES work)

So I bought these devil glasses, for a total of 11 dollars including shipping and handling.
I think that they are great for any budget cosplayer like myself, but they are came in bad quality. The screws were very lose and some parts appeared to be falling off.
The glasses actually DID fall apart while I was trying to sand the lenses down, but I didn’t lose any of the parts and put them back together. I’m going to try and tighten them more before actually wearing them.

I actually used the recipe with Kool-aid mixed in for flavors and colors. Makes it taste 100x better. I actually used the recipe to make little hearts for my friends for Valentine’s Day tomorrow.

I got this wig for my Nepeta cosplay and it’s perfect and cheap! It needs some styling, but other than that, I can’t complain! It could also work for Terezi. The same listing sells other colors as well. The blonde one could be used for Roxy, for example.
