Sollux Captor or Ψiioniic Gloves
I found these gloves with light up fingertips here and thought the red and blue ones would look really cool on Sollux or the Ψiioniic. In the details, it says the gloves have 7 different lighting modes, which I assume means that you can switch it to just one color. Of course, check with the seller first if you want to buy it.
It would be hard to make the gloves look natural, but it would look so cool if someone could pull it off.

Sollux fangs
So I was looking around for a good pair of fangs for Sollux and came across Scarecrow Werewolf Fangs.
They’re on the expensive side, $25 before shipping, but they come with paste which makes them fit very well, and have enough of it that you can even take the paste out and refit them!
Once the have been fit, they’re easy to put on and take off, but stay on very well!.
For Sollux you can put them both on your upper teeth for his fangs.
The biggest issue I take with them is that the fitting process can be a pain. Because of the way the paste supplies are packed (there are two bottles of the liquid that you mix with the powder) it’s best to fit them all at once, which can take upwards of 2 hours. As such I recommend putting on a movie while you do so.
Also, because they are removed by placing pressure on the fangs with your lower jaw, there can be issues if, like me, you have an underbite. Resting them on your lip or just keeping your mouth open a bit can help with that!
If you’ve got the money they are highly recommended though

Akujinscos Sollux Glasses Info
Hey guys I just wanted to say that the guy who runs the Akujinscos store will actually switch the lenses on the Sollux glasses for you if you ask when you purchase them :) I know you don’t really need submissions about glasses but I thought it was worth noting.
Homestuck Glasses Galore!
There is a person on etsy who sells near-perfect glasses.
Latula’s glasses. No rims, big, square lenses. The bottom half is off a bit but its nothing too noticeable!
Terezi or Redglare’s Glasses.
12” Bro or Dirk’s Glasses. Possibly smaller version. Brobot glasses. Another normal Dirk or Bro glasses. Now you have many options.
Aranea’s glasses.
Sollux’s glasses. You’ll need to get a eyeglass screwdriver to switch out the lenses since they are on the wrong side. However, you might be able to have the seller do that for you if you ask nicely. *wink wonk*
Hopefully this helps anyone searching for lenses. UuU

Mod note: While we’ve made many, many, many posts about this particular etsy/ebay store (yes, the same Akujinscos runs both), he now seems to have added Latula and Aranea glasses to his ensemble. In fact, I would say these are the best Latula glasses I’ve seen to date, and I recommend getting your rad shades from here. They are the only pair that’s large enough and flat enough for Latula. We did have one review state that the screws and bindings can be a little loose, but this doesn’t seem to be a widespread or impossible-to-fix problem.
Possible Sollux horns
I just received these in the mail for my Sollux cosplay. Although they appear that they are going to work very well, I must warn you that they are VERY SMALL. I am only using them because of my personal headcanon, and I might still have to make new ones because these are a little bit small even for my taste.
But if you picture Sollux with small horns, enjoy :)

Sollux cosplayers who can’t fake a lisp!
If you’re like me, and you’re afraid you might offend someone when faking a lisp, or you just can’t plain do it, no need to fear! If you have a clear regular retainer, use it! It makes it more difficult to pronounce words and easier to fake a lisp with. It’s also pretty much discreet, unless someone’s staring down your mouth or something.

Sollux glasses tutorial
So this is a quick little tutorial on how to make some cheap sollux glasses. I just went out to my local optomatrist and picked out some cheap frames, and asked if i could have lenses without perscription (plastic/costume glasses). Went to a dollar stop and picked up a window painting kit, after a few thin layers the finished product looked like this:
The frames costed about 18$ Can. which is not bad for a solid pair of lenses. If anyone found this useful, great!
