AnonymousWell, since it’s mostly armor, i’m going to link you to the two sites I have for armor-making. Here is the first, and here is the second, which has a variety of tutorials for many different characters that you can use for your own purposes.
For her horns, these are easily painted silver. I would go with a silver wig as well.
For her face, I’ve seen people make masks, but I’ve also seen people use makeup and paint on what looks like metal. Her eyes are photoshopped but you could probably do with red contacts. If you have skills like that, it’s very impressive, but taking one of the masks from Michaels and painting it correctly, then adding red over the eyes, looks amazing as well.
