Stuck on Homestuck Cosplay?
1) You can put acrylic paint on mod podge, but you should really be putting the paint under the mod podge and on top of a layer of gesso. 2) Put the headband under the wig if you’re going to use it.  Since I don’t know which horns you have, that makes it a bit harder, but usually people have put screws through the headband and then put the horns onto the screws or wired the horns to the headband.  Our horns tag has a lot of connection methods. 3) Here is one method, and the horns tag is another good resource.
