Sure! It’s a pretty generic sword minus the fact that it’s broken and the hilt is all crazy (unless you’re not making the broken version, either way).
For the actual blade, you can make it out of wood or insulation foam or whatever you feel comfortable using that lends itself to being sturdy. Several layers of corrugated cardboard could work if you’re willing to put in lots of effort to make it look nice. The Royal Deringer is a fairly thin blade, so I would recommend a 2”x4” chunk of wood if you have an electric sander, or insulation foam if you don’t. This is a good wooden sword tutorial to start with (it’s for a katana, so you’ll have to use fatter wood for your broadsword), and this is one good method for foam swords. (Google is also a good friend if you don’t like these tutorials.)
As for the hilt, I would suggest using expanding foam, aluminum foil, and paperclay in a similar manner to this horn tutorial (minus the holes poked into it). You should be able to get a smooth, accurate, and sturdy hilt as long as you go slowly and use TONS of reference pics.
Good luck!
