Second, my question. I’m planning on cosplaying as The Disciple, and I have no idea what wig to get. Do you think I can get a Jade wig and just fluff it up?

Mod Answer: Yes, I suggest getting a long black wig and teasing it into place. Generally Jade wigs work well, because they’re about the same length, but you definitely want something with a large amount of thickness to it.

If you’re looking for that added unf though, these four posts here have tutorials on combining two wigs to make one SUPER WIG. A lot of cosplayers are using this technique to achieve the puffiness required for The Disciple and The Empress. If it’s in your budget I would get a good black base wig, then either get another of the same wig and combine them, or get wefts in the same length and go from there :)
