I know you get a million glasses recommendations a day, but I think these would be absolutely perfect for Jade, these for John, and these for Eridan.

Hey! As far as those Walmart t-shirt transfers go, I recommend them 100%! I use them to make shirts for friends and myself, and they are very simple! The directions are incredibly easy to follow! in response to the iron-on transfer sheets:
you have to be very careful about what type you buy because a lot of those iron-on transfer sheets leave a visible sheet of paper-sized square of matte, plastic-covered (i think it’s plastic?) area on the shirt around the symbol, and can often look odd.
it’s a good idea but i’d suggest a test run to make sure you avoid that—it tends to show up in pictures at some angles!

Toe Tights for Troll Legs
Feferi cosplayers, I just found these nifty newfangled inventions (may or may not actually be that new). They’re called toe tights, and look like they’d work very well for walking around “barefoot” in. Just make sure they match your armsocks and Ben Nye!

So these are my shoes for my Terezi cosplay.
At my local Target, they had these shoes for $12. I used Tulip brand fabric paint (Crimson Red) to paint them. Just be very, very, VERY CAREFUL when painting around the grommets. Plus these can be worn without the laces, since they fit like flats!
And these shoes can be painted to even suit John’s God Tier shoes.

I found this while browsing walmart, I haven’t used them so i cant give any word if they work well but they look simple enough? and pretty cheap! you can just print the symbol you want out on this, cut it out, and iron it on your shirt.

Just a bit of advice to those of you making horns: I really don’t suggest using clay mache. The main craft store around here doesn’t sell paper clay anymore, so a friend of mine got that instead to make Vriska horns. The horns end up being light, sure. However, we found the clay tough and difficult to work with, and it ended up cracking a bit once dry.

These are probably too expensive for cosplay, but if you happen to hate money, they are extremely similar to Vriska’s God Tier shoes, even having an identical sole.

When you are going to have colored lips...
line your lips and color them in with lipliner or a corresponding eyeliner before putting it on that way the lipcolor WON’T bleed through the itty bitty cracks around your lips and when you eat or drink, there will be a color under the lipstick so it wont be as noticeable that some rubbed off and it will be easier to fix.

For anyone making god tier wings out of thick wire
I have been working on a pair of god tier wings using 14 gauge wire, and the major pain in the ass for me was how the wire didn’t lay flat on the ground. If you have this problem, DON’T PUT HEAVY STUFF ON IT. I tried it, and it doesn’t work at all. And if you’re trying to flatten a looped section, don’t bend the higher parts down; this won’t work well either....
